Zweck der Verarbeitung
Temporärer Fototransfer zwischen Fahrzeug und Mobilgerät. Es erfolgt keine weitergehende Nutzung, keine öffentliche Anzeige und keine Weitergabe an Dritte.
Verschlüsselung
Fotos werden vor dem Hochladen auf dem Fahrzeugdisplay verschlüsselt (AES-256-GCM). Der Server speichert ausschließlich verschlüsselte Daten. Die Entschlüsselung erfolgt lokal auf Ihrem Gerät.
Rechtsgrundlage
Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Vertragserfüllung) — der Foto-Download ist die Kernfunktion des Dienstes, den Sie durch Nutzung der App in Anspruch nehmen.
Speicherdauer
Fotos werden spätestens 30 Minuten nach dem Hochladen automatisch gelöscht. Nach dem ersten Download verkürzt sich die Frist auf 3 Minuten.
Empfänger
Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH, Deutschland (Auftragsverarbeiter gem. Art. 28 DSGVO). Darüber hinaus findet keine Weitergabe an Dritte statt. Keine Übermittlung in Drittländer.

What data is processed?
- Photo — the image taken in the vehicle, retrieved via the download code
- IP address of the person downloading (technically required for any HTTP request)
- Access time
Purpose
Temporary photo transfer between vehicle and mobile device. There is no further use, no public display, and no sharing with third parties.
Encryption
Photos are encrypted on the vehicle display before upload (AES-256-GCM). The server stores only encrypted data. Decryption happens locally on your device.
Legal basis
Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) — the photo download is the core function of the service you use through the app.
Retention
Photos are automatically deleted at most 30 minutes after upload. After the first download, the retention period shortens to 3 minutes.
Recipients
Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany (processor under Art. 28 GDPR). No other third parties. No transfers to third countries.
